NAMI Westside Los Angeles offers free education programs along with support, guidance, and hope for the growing number of Angelenos affected by mental health conditions.

Theย National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI)ย is the nationโ€™s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. Advocacy

NAMI Westside Los Angeles works locally to help NAMI shape the national public policy landscape for people with mental illness and their families.

We provide grassroots volunteer leaders with the tools, resources, and skills necessary to support mental health.ย We also support public awareness events and activities, including Mental Illness Awareness Week (MIAW), NAMIWalks and other efforts to combat stigma and encourage understanding. To help spread the word about our work and make sure our community and our countryย understands the importance of mental health, NAMI works with local media and community leaders.
