The primary objective of the Man Up Podcast is to raise awareness around the topic of men’s mental health, one that is surrounded by stigma and minimal conversation.  In a world where societal expectations often discourage men from openly expressing their emotions, it’s time to break the silence and redefine the importance of men’s health and what it means to “Man Up“. This podcast will uplift and embrace the diverse stories of men. Celebrities, athletes and  advocates will use their influential platform to embrace a new paradigm of masculinity that encourages men to create safe spaces to express their emotions and know that vulnerability is not a weakness but a profound strength.
