Exciting News: Oshri Hakak Joins NAMI Westside LA as School Program Coordinator!
As the back-to-school season kicks into gear, we are thrilled to announce a significant addition to our NAMI Westside LA team. Oshri Hakak, a dedicated advocate for mental health and education, has taken on the role of School Program Coordinator!
Oshri is no stranger to our community. In the past, he has contributed greatly by creating a comprehensive children’s mental health toolkit, which has been an invaluable resource for families and educators alike. His commitment to supporting mental wellness in young people doesn’t stop there. Oshri is also an accomplished author, having written children’s books designed to support, educate, and empower students, parents, and educators.
In his new role, Oshri will be spearheading our youth programs, ensuring that mental health education is an integral part of the school experience. With his wealth of knowledge and passion for mental health advocacy, we are confident that Oshri will make a lasting impact on the lives of students and their families.
