We are thrilled to welcome Adaline Fagen to NAMI Westside LA as our new Director of Fund Development! 

Adaline is a powerhouse with an inspiring track record—she was the CEO and founder of a leading Architectural Design and Construction Company in Los Angeles, which she successfully operated for over 50 years. Her journey from Montgomery, Alabama, to Southern California in 1985 marked the beginning of a remarkable career, culminating in her establishing her business at the renowned Bergamot Station in Santa Monica.

Adaline’s commitment to mental health advocacy has been just as impressive as her professional achievements. Since joining NAMI Westside LA in 2009, she has passionately supported our cause, teaching Family-to-Family classes and serving as Co-Chair of our affiliate. Her leadership has been instrumental in organizing our largest fundraising event—the annual Gala—since 2015.

Now, Adaline is taking on the crucial role of Director of Fund Development, where her extensive experience, unwavering dedication, and strategic vision will be pivotal in ensuring the sustainability of NAMI Westside LA. Her focus is now on expanding our fundraising efforts, securing sponsorships, and further developing our impact as the leading mental health organization in Los Angeles County.
